Interment
Interment Policies and Guidelines
- Purchaser shall notify Heaven’s Park for any interment at least three (3) working days prior to the scheduled interment. Likewise, the necessary interment fee and required payment for the lots shall be paid in full. Additional fees shall be charged if notice of interment is less than three (3) working days.
- Subject to rush fee for two (2) days’ notice or less.
- No rush fee for two (2) days’ notice but 4 feet interment only. Second interment is waived.
- No rush fee for two (2) days’ notice, aboveground only, full interment (7 feet) shall be done upon completion of gravesite preparation (3 to 4 days).
- With rush fee for One (1) day notice, aboveground only, full interment (7 feet) shall be done upon completion of gravesite preparation (3 to 4 days). 4 feet interment only. Second interment is waived.
- Required documents / Permits shall be submitted at least one (1) day before any interment services be rendered.
- Burial permit / tax required by law shall be on the account and responsibility of the purchaser. In no case shall interment be allowed without necessary burial permit. (NO BURIAL PERMIT, NO INTERMENT).
- Interment services shall be rendered solely and exclusively by the Heaven’s Park interment crew and / or its authorized contractor.
- Interment services shall include the cost of concrete vault, grave digging, flat marble, engraving and the use of tents, chairs and carpets.
- Special sized caskets are subject to exceptional set up and additional charges.
- Interment fee shall vary in amount depending on the nature of interment services to be rendered.
- Additional services not incorporated in the basic interment package shall be charged on the account of the requesting purchaser.
- All interment shall be permanent, however transfer of remains / vaults may be allowed when deemed necessary subject to government regulation and with Heaven’s Park approval.
- There will be no interment services on January 1, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, October 31, November 1-2, December 25 and December 31 and during force majeure.
Mandatory Interment Requirements
- Certificate of Ownership / official Receipt of Full payment
- 2 Valid IDs of Lot Owner / Legal Representative with SPA
- Registered Death Certificate (Photocopy)
- Burial Permit (Original from Biñan City Hall)
- Transfer Permit (if from other Municipality – photocopy)
- Casket Size (if non-regular size)
- Senior / PWD ID (of the Deceased)
- Proof of Relationship (Birth Certificate/ Marriage Contract)
